Automated and scheduled flows are owned by the user who created them and are not visible to other users. You give access to your flow by sharing it with other users or making them co-owners of the flow.
After sharing, the flow will not appear under My flows, but in the Team flows tab next to it, as shown in the following screenshot:
Figure 12.25 – Team flows
All owners of a team flow can do the following:
- View the flow's run history.
- Turn the flow on or off.
- Add other users as owners.
- Edit the flow.
- Delete the flow.
Button flows are only visible to the user who created them. To enable other users to run the button flow, you share and invite others to use your flow. You will see all flow runs for all users.
Before sharing a flow with others, you should check that there are no errors in your flow.
