Flows and business process flows

Any Power Automate flows, or classic workflows triggered by changes to the fields used as data steps in a business process flow control will be applied when the data in the form is saved.

If the classic workflow is a real-time workflow, the changes will be immediately visible to the user when the data in the form is refreshed after the record is saved. However, to see the effect of background workflows and Power Automate flows, the user will need to refresh the form to see the changes.
