Share this Prezi
Before we go into designing a Prezi for online use, it's important you know how to share your designs with colleagues, and the different ways in which this can be done.
When you click on the Prezi you want to share, you will see the Share button just below the Prezis preview window.
Clicking on this button will open up another screen that can be used to share your Prezi.
Viewing
Follow the given steps to quickly share your Prezi with colleagues.
Click on the Copy button on the right of the Share screen.
Paste this link into an e-mail and send it to anyone in your office that you'd like to view your Prezi.
Anyone who receives this link will be able to view your Prezi from www.prezi.com.
Editing
If you are working with someone on a Prezi design and would like them to make some changes, you can send them an edit link from the Share screen. Follow the given steps to do this.
Click on the Editing tab at the top of the Share screen.
Copy the link and paste this into an e-mail.
