Modeling strategy

Ontologies that are specifically written for digital twins are, in most cases, also written using the Digital Twins Definition Language (DTDL). This allows us to use these ontologies with ease for Azure Digital Twins, since the models are also based on the DTDL.

There are several possible strategies we can follow for using ontologies with digital twins. They are given as follows:
