Google Workspace Migrate (Beta)
Google Workspace Migrate (Beta) is a migration tool that can connect to sources such as Microsoft Exchange, Box, SharePoint, and OneDrive and migrate data to Google Workspace.
This tool is currently on a beta rollout and not fully available for all domains. If customers want to use this tool for an upcoming migration, an application form can be submitted, requesting access to this tool for migrating data into a specific destination domain.
Prerequisites
This migration process requires four servers that can serve various purposes:
- A platform server
- A node server
- Two database servers for scanning data and migrating them
Ensure that these servers are compatible and can connect within the same network. These servers are Microsoft Windows-based and configured in such a way to avoid any random OS updates being triggered, interrupting an ongoing migration.
