Summary
In this chapter, we understood the architectural and security requirements that need to be considered when looking at a tooling strategy. We also looked at why enterprise architecture and information security are important, how to develop training plans for your organizations, and how to identify owners and processes for your tooling.
Using these skills, you can now implement a strategy and process for DevOps tooling in your organization, as well as developing solid training plans that will allow your teams to get up to speed with the new tools.
In the next chapter, we'll look at the various trends that are closely aligned with DevOps, such as DataOps, DevSecOps, and GitOps. We will look at what they are and the tools that help deliver value in those XOps scenarios.
