Hybrid or tailored project management

There are multiple new agile/Predictive hybrid frameworks right now. Some were designed to accommodate larger teams, some were designed to accomplish scaling to different levels of frameworks based on the product or service, and some are creations of our own that work for us. My hope is that as you read through all the best practices you have found some items that you might consider using, if you are not using them already. Perhaps some of the Scrum items caught your attention, or knowing that using the critical path method is important for schedule constraints has appealed to you. Whatever the reasons why these best practices are chosen for your projects, it’s important to make sure they are practiced and understood.
