TDD – inside-out or outside-in
There is a lot more to be said and learned about TDD. In the course of writing this second edition, I had the opportunity of interviewing a number of peers on the book, and test automation in general. One of my interviewees – who also became one of the reviewers – was one of my former Microsoft test teammates, Xavi Ametller Serrat. Xavi continued his testing – and programming – career outside Microsoft, in a domain other than Business Central. During the interview, he pointed to many online resources on TDD, discussing things I had only touched upon so far: TDD inside-out or outside-in, two concepts that give insights on how TDD can be approached differently.
