Using annotations
Annotations are a great way to highlight content shared during a meeting. Zoom allows users to annotate and collaborate in real time with desktops, applications, and really any item that is shared during a meeting. This in-meeting product allows remote participants to easily brainstorm on content. Not only can the presenter utilize this powerful tool during a meeting, but so too can attendees for an immersive and effective way to give feedback during a presentation. Zoom provides an assortment of annotation tools.
How to do it…
- Start or join a Zoom meeting.
- Share any content during a meeting such as a desktop, application, or whiteboard. Annotating works with all of them.
- Notice on the Meeting Control bar that there is an Annotate icon. Click on it to open a new Annotation toolbar. By default, this will appear to the left of your screenshare. You can click and hold your left mouse button and drag this toolbar anywhere on your screen:
