Simplifying complexity – navigating Lean-Agile implementation challenges

A common theme throughout this book is that the journey toward achieving organizational agility and operational excellence can be realized through the adoption of Lean-Agile principles and methods. However, this path is often fraught with complexity, especially when applying the new paradigm within enterprise environments where people are resistant to change.

The art of simplifying complexity lies at the heart of effective Lean-Agile implementation. By eliminating organizational silos, we enhance work and information flows via value streams. We get increasingly better over time by identifying and eliminating activities that do not add value to our products or services. That’s the Lean part of a Lean-Agile Enterprise.
