We've reached the bottom. No time to lose. The game is afoot! Let's create the boot…
- In Object Mode, create a Cube with Size

. Enter isolation mode with Numpad /. - Scale the cube on the Z axis to
.7
(shortening the height), and also scale it on the Y axis to1.5
(lengthening it). See Fig 11.48 (A). - Refer to Fig 11.49. In Edit mode, with [E mode], select the front edge and drop it on the Z axis (B). Select the rear top edge and scale it in (C).
- In the side view, grab the top rear edge and pull it forward (left) to change the overall profile shape. Exit isolation view, then back in Object mode, correctly position the boot under the leg.
