Dialogs

Dialogs are interactive processes used to automate step-by-step business processes that capture user input using a wizard-style interface.

With dialogs, you can perform the following tasks:

• Prompt users for data input
• Use branching to show different pages
• Create and update records
• Send emails
• Create activities

Dialogs are initiated manually by users. A typical use for dialogs is as agent scripts.

Dialogs have been deprecated and will not be discussed further.
