Troubleshooting applications delivery

In this section, we are going to review the common errors that appear when handling App-V client connections to the streaming management server, or in the standalone scenario.

Again, to understand where we should start troubleshooting, we must understand the components intervening in the App-V client architecture:

• Sftlist.exe: Represents the App-V client service

• Sftdcc.exe: In charge of publications refreshes

• Sfttray.exe: Handles the notification pop-ups; is placed in the system tray
