In this chapter, we've covered how to plan for device compliance, how to configure device compliance policies, and how to design, create, and manage conditional access policies.
By planning for device compliance, we were introduced to compliance policy's roles in device access restrictions. Device compliance policies allow us to define what makes a device compliant and can help us with reporting or making notifications on the compliance status. Conditional access policies can look at our compliance policies and allow or block access to devices based on their compliance status.
In the next chapter, we're going to begin looking at the device experience, that is, the apps and security on the device itself.
