Summary
In this chapter, we have covered all possible sources of help, manuals, news, and information about Manjaro. As it is freely and voluntarily supported by its vast community, you cannot expect an answer immediately if you have complicated questions; sometimes, it can take a week. On the other hand, this community has already posted thousands of hints and solutions for many topics. We also covered the basics of the Manjaro Rolling Release Development Model and its updates. New SW and fixes are frequently provided; getting them is effortless, as for any other major OS.
In the following two chapters, we will continue our journey by covering all the general classes of applications we may need. There are over 10,000 officially supported Manjaro applications. We will start with the Pamac GUI for adding and removing applications, libraries, and modules. It is easy to use and, in addition to the official ones, supports Flatpak and AUR packages.
