Using built-in library assets


Anime Studio comes preinstalled with several different library assets that you can use in your own productions. These assets include characters, props, vehicles, scenery, special effects, and more. You may recall the character we played with in Chapter 1, Stepping into the World of Animation, which appeared in a new document by default. This is an example of one of those built-in library files.

You can access these files in the following two different ways:

  • First, with the Library panel open, you can browse the different categories and click on the corresponding folders to view the assets. As an example, under the Character button, click on the Characters folder and you will get to see all the character assets accessible in Anime Studio. To bring the asset into the project file, simply double-click or click on the double checkmark button, as shown in the following screenshot:
