Working with Easy Automations
Before diving in, it’s helpful to have a clear roadmap in mind. Consider creating a funnel map that outlines the contact’s journey from the initial point of contact to becoming a repeat customer.
Once you have the basic outline, it will be easier to break up your automations into smaller groups or individual steps as you build them.
This strategic planning will provide a visual guide for designing automations that effectively guide people through each stage of the customer journey, ultimately driving them toward your desired goal faster and more efficiently.
How to do it…
Easy automations are designed to follow a when, then, stop cadence. For this recipe, we’ll be creating an Easy Automation that says when a person completes a form, create a deal, then wait two days to create a task, and finally, stop if the deal stage moves to completed.
