A proven practice for defining your DevOps SDLC
In this section, we will look into a proven approach for how, collectively across your broader DevOps ecosystem, you can define your new evolved and engineered DevOps 360° SDLC. This exercise should be considered part of the DevOps speed, journeys, and experience workstream that we outlined in Chapter 3, The DevOps 360° Operating Model Pillars and Governance Model.
Step 1 – define the actors and respective DevOps domains
The actors involved will look very similar to the setup of the DevOps organizing principles we saw in the previous chapter, with a major difference around scale this time. The following actors are the ones I propose you involve:
