Allocating the right people
When working with other people, whether they are employees of the client, your own employees or third party suppliers hired by either you or the client, it's important to know how to delegate project tasks. Questions that you should be thinking of include:
Who is capable of achieving the task?
Who is ideal for the task?
Who is available?
What are the limiting factors?
Although some of these questions seem to be asking the same thing, each highlights an individual set of answers that form the foundations of all good decisions.
