Working With Peer Accounts
Most of the time, a single ALM account is enough for an organization to manage its entire training offering. However, it is not uncommon for large organizations to use several different ALM accounts. This provides tremendous flexibility and enables Adobe Learning Manager to be integrated into virtually any type of organization, regardless of size, complexity, and internal structure:
- Multinational organizations can use multiple ALM accounts for their various branches and regional offices.
- Multiple accounts can be used for the different brands owned by a single corporation.
- Some organizations use multiple accounts to increase the security of their training. Courses containing confidential information are hosted on a separate account, which only accredited learners have access to.
