Summary
In this chapter, we covered how to set up the API inside a Notion workspace and how the API bot is shared to a page giving it privileges like any other user account. We looked at the risks and limitations of using the API with other tools. We went through some use case examples, integrating Google Calendar and Typeform with Notion. Then, we looked at the Notion-made add-on and some other add-on options that could be used to alter the functions and aesthetics of your Notion workspace.
In the next chapter, we will look at how to use the information captured by integrations and ensure the information is organized so that it can be accessed in a productive way.
