Installing the RxJava framework
In this section, we'll cover RxJava installation from Maven (Gradle, SBT, Ivy, Grape, Leiningen, or Buildr steps are similar) and usage from Java 9's REPL Jshell.
Maven installation
Installing the RxJava framework is easy. The JAR file and the dependent project reactive stream are available under maven at http://central.maven.org/maven2/io/reactivex/rxjava2/rxjava/2.1.3/rxjava-2.1.3.jar.
In order to use it, include this maven dependency in your pom.xml
file:
