There are frequent requests from business group owners for information on how services are being used, and SharePoint Online is no different. SharePoint provides several reporting features, from search queries (as we discussed in Chapter 7, Managing SharePoint Online Search) to overall trending data and service-level information, such as how many users are accessing the service overall.
