Shira Rubinoff: What's your background and what are you doing currently?
Barbara Humpton: Today, I serve as the CEO of Siemens USA. The U.S. is Siemens' largest market, making up about 25% of worldwide business. People aren't always familiar with Siemens, but we're a real leader in the infrastructure space, addressing the nation's needs across mobility, energy, and manufacturing.
