There are no specific requirements or preparation steps for this chapter, so we will continue working with our thelook_ecommerce dataset (https://console.cloud.google.com/marketplace/product/bigquery-public-data/thelook-ecommerce), switching regularly between LookML and Explore environments inside Looker. We won’t be working inside BigQuery (which is the data warehouse used in this book), as we assume our dataset is already connected to Looker and ready to be used in it. However, you can keep the BigQuery tab (Figure 3.1) open to preview the tables and get familiarized with the data you’ll be exploring in Looker.
