Adding stamps
You are an author again in our scenario. Finally, you have incorporated all the required editing changes, the publication is completed, and it’s exported to .pdf
one last time. You may now need to request final approval from the client or boss before the publication is posted online or sent for print. They could use a stamp tool to convey visually that the publication is, in fact, approved. In contracts or forms, a visual mark may be placed not to miss the fields for signatures or initials.
To help with that, the Add a stamp tool is available.
Important note
Custom stamps may also be used to place seals or logos. The timing of placing a stamp is very flexible; it simply depends on its message. Dynamic stamps—such as Approved, Reviewed, Revised, and so on—included as defaults and containing the time and date of placement imply that they should be used at the end of the review cycle.
