Creating a notification with Dataverse Workflow
Sarah needs a simple notification to inform management that an incident has been created and send it directly to both Brenda and Rob, who want to know immediately if there is an incident on any site. Sarah decides to trigger the workflow when an incident is created. Although she’s considered using the status reason of an incident, she determines there’s a risk that the incident reporter might not update the status promptly. Management expressed that they want immediate notifications.
