Habit-stacking routines for reaching your objectives are like the ingredients in your kitchen to cook a delicious meal. Habit stacking introduces a few new phrases and involves combining habits with other habits that are batched together for multi-purpose scheduling for timeboxing. One of my favorite phrases is, “What is the fastest distance between two points? It is to fold the paper.” The purpose of habit stacking is to fold the paper in your habits and routines. It is to create time.
