Vendor management integration use cases


RideRight Bike Parts Company has implemented contact management integration. The sales and support team are very happy with the way they can see accurate customer information in their CRM.

This contrasts with the RideRight purchasing team. RideRight has a small but busy purchasing team, which deals with purchasing the goods that RideRight sells: bicycle accessories from a range of suppliers in Asia. The purchasing team does not have a vendor relationship management application. Instead, they use ERP and spreadsheets. They find that this is a haphazard way to manage their suppliers. They would like to be able to use CRM-like functionality to help them in their day-to-day workflows. The requirements of the purchasing team are listed here:
