Configuring Teams voice policies
Teams voice policies allow you to control what features are available to users. By default, all users enabled for Teams Phone and Enterprise Voice will be assigned to the built-in global policy.
You can create additional policies and customize end user experiences.

Calling policies
Teams calling policies control a myriad of calling features for Teams users, including the following:
- Ability to make private calls
- Availability of call forwarding
- Ability to enable simultaneous ringing to other Teams users or external phone numbers
- Routing calls to voicemail
- Group calling
- User delegation
- Call recording options
- Busy on busy
- Music on hold
- Web PSTN calling
- Closed-captioning settings
