Technical requirements

This chapter will rely heavily on the pandas and Matplotlib libraries, but you don't require any prior knowledge of these. If you have installed Python from a scientific distribution, such as Anaconda or WinPython, then these libraries have probably already been installed. We will also be using Seaborn for some of our graphics and the statsmodels library for some summary statistics. If you need to install any of the packages, you can do so by running pip install [package name] from a terminal window or Windows PowerShell.
