In this final chapter, we have implemented a small Ticket Management System by meeting all the business requirements that we mentioned in the first section of this chapter. This implementation covers ticket CRUD operations by customer, CSR, and admin. Also, our implementation met the business requirements, such as why CSR can't delete more than three tickets at a time.
