Learning useful shortcut keys in Visio
There are many shortcut keys available in Visio; however, the following shortcut keys can be utilized to efficiently create or edit process diagrams.
Firstly, some shortcut keys are common to both the desktop and web editions of Visio:

- Ctrl + A: This selects all shapes (unless they are not selectable)

- Ctrl + C: This copies selected shapes to the clipboard
- Ctrl + X: This cuts the selected shapes to the clipboard
