Creating the ssdef Specification Once

A final consideration is that of the creation and management of ssdef specifications. As illustrated in Figure 6.2, only the first occurrences of identifiers in a spreadsheet need to be defined into the ssdef table. All subsequent iterations of the same spreadsheet can use the previously-defined ssdef specifications—as long as there are no changes.
