Service health

Next to Endpoint analytics and the other monitoring capabilities explained in the previous section within Microsoft Endpoint Manager, you can also monitor the service availability at a high level.

If you experience issues or other problems within Windows 365, Microsoft 365, or Microsoft Endpoint Manager, you can check the service health to determine whether this is a known issue with a resolution in progress before you call support or spend time troubleshooting.

To find the Service health dashboard, you must open the Microsoft 365 admin center portal.

Go to Health followed by Service health.
