Custom image templates
In this section, we provide you with an introduction to custom image templates and demonstrate how easy it is to create a custom image and automate image builds.

Creating your first custom image
To get started, you will need to navigate to the Azure portal at https://portal.azure.com. From there, follow these steps:
- Type
Azure Virtual Desktopin the search bar located at the top of the page. - Under Manage, select Custom Image Templates.
- On the Custom image templates page, select Add custom image template:
