Wenn man sein Kali schon am Laufen hat und den passenden Wirelessadapter hat (z.B. von Alfa) dann kann es losgehen. Man sollte nicht erwarten, dass man alle Netzwerke in der Nachbarschaft mitlesen kann. Aber man bekommt eine gute Anleitung, was man sehen kann und was andere sehen könn(t)en.

Although it is an easy read and the concepts are relevant- for someone inexperienced like me- I recommend people look for something less outdated. Several tools the book uses are deprecated or obsolete. You will have to spend hours going through online forums to learn what libraries and programs you will have to install to use tools that are no longer supported. Even then, it’s a struggle getting the tools to work properly. The new, replacement tools are much easier to use and the documentation for those is relevant and continuously being updated.
