Introduction

In previous chapters, we have covered most of JIRA's customizations, including custom fields, workflows, and notifications. In this chapter, we will learn about other customizations, including setting up custom issue types, priorities, and resolution values. We will also look at how to improve JIRA's usability through translation. And lastly, we will explore options to improve the IT process through cloning JIRA projects and migrating JIRA configurations.
