Where to get support?
There are several options for getting support for Cacti or the numerous add-ons and plugins.
Cacti forums
The Cacti forums are the primary source for support, finding solutions or getting add-ons and plugins. The Cacti community is very active, with most developers posting on the forums daily.
You will find helpful HowTos and lots of information on plugins, templates, and monitoring different kinds of hosts.

Mailing list
The Cacti community also provides a mailing list for announcements and e-mail support. The mailing list is also monitored by the Cacti community.

Commercial support
Cacti is open source and the main development team does not offer commercial support for it. There are, however, a few companies such as GroundWork Open Source or Bayside Networks that offer commercial support for Cacti, or have specially integrated Cacti versions available.
In addition, some of the plugin developers offer commercial support for their plugins.
