Multi-warehouse and multi-site planning
When working with several facilities across multiple countries or regions, planners must consider longer times to ensure the proper delivery of their stocks at the right time. To address this problem, we must understand how to work with multi-warehouse and multi-site planning in Dynamics 365.
The following figure shows a real-life scenario:

Figure 11.1 describes the process of a company that manufactures mountain bikes and sells bike parts. This company is located in Argentina, and bike parts, such as bike frames and handlebars, are imported from China and shipped overseas. This shipping has a lead time of 25 days, and parts are stored in the distribution center. The remaining parts are purchased from local vendors and stored in the distribution center.
