Technical requirements

The steps for this process will all be done using SketchUp for Desktop. You can follow along with most of what is shown in this chapter using the Go or Pro version of SketchUp for Web, but you will have to modify the end (output) of the workflow.

You will also need to download the example file for this chapter, 3D modeling in SketchUp Chapter 8 – Final.skp. This file can be found on 3D Warehouse at https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/model/d42f45aa-4738-470d-9f63-9b444e9a0bff/3D-Printing-with-SketchUp-Chapter-8-Final.
