Adjusting an image in RAW format
If you are a photographer, you may not want to compress all of your shots to JPEG. Instead, you save the photos as RAW images in your camera to save all of the information in that image, for example, retaining colors or exposure levels that may get lost in a compressed JPEG.
If you decide you want to display it on the web and/or make adjustments to the image, you would need an image-editing program that can open RAW files, make adjustments, and export them as other formats, such as JPEG, PSD, and PNG, to display on the web or get printed copies of the image.
Photopea can open RAW files and also has a Raw Camera Filter mode to make some essential adjustments. It doesn’t have as many features as Photoshop or the Lightroom application, but you can still achieve similar results if you use it along with filters, Layers, and image adjustments.
