What is SAP Spotlight?

SAP Spotlight is a process discovery tool that graphically maps business processes within your SAP ERP 6.0 systems using the digital footprints (transaction logs) that every business process run invariably creates. Once the mapping is complete, SAP Spotlight compares the efficiency of your mapped business process with the target process efficiency. It arrives at target efficiency using some predefined KPIs and all comparable process maps created for various other SAP customers.
