Salesforce Marketing Cloud, along with Service Cloud and Commerce Cloud, forms the foundation of a B2C solution. Marketing Cloud, specifically Marketing Cloud Engagement, adds the ability to better understand and communicate with your customer through a variety of channels, including email, social, SMS, and push notifications.
