In this chapter, we practiced the skills learned throughout the book by evaluating four realistic cross-cloud scenarios to develop a solution. These scenarios mimic the length and complexity that you'd see on a certification exam. So, you should start to practice taking them apart and looking for clues that will guide your solution. In a certification scenario, the options will be multiple choice; in the real world, you won't have that advantage!
At this point, you should know the capabilities, integration models, and data architecture of primary products in a Salesforce B2C solution architecture. You should understand best practices for integrating them and be able to make recommendations around the customer data model.
