BHT

BHT is a metric used in RPA that measures the time it takes for an RPA bot to complete a specific task or process. It is different from average handling time (AHT), which measures the time it takes for a human agent to handle a process.

BHT is calculated by measuring the time it takes for the bot to complete a specific task from the moment it receives the input data to the moment it produces the output data. This includes the time spent on data processing, data entry, validation, and any other steps involved in the automation process. BHT can also include any wait times, such as time spent waiting for a response from an external system or user input.

BHT is a useful metric for measuring the performance of an RPA system because it provides insight into how quickly and efficiently the bot is completing tasks. By tracking BHT over time, businesses can identify areas for improvement and optimize their automation processes to reduce handling time and increase efficiency.
