Demonstrating how the Spreadsheet can be useful

In this section, you will learn how to use the Duplicate Elements node to visualize how the Spreadsheet works.

Introducing the nodes you’ll need

As you can see in Figure 6.4, these are the nodes we will be using in this demonstration:

Let’s give an explanation of each of these nodes:

Geometry to Instance node

This node will be used to convert our geometry to a usable instance format. As said in previous chapters, instances are used to individually manipulate objects.

Duplicate Elements node

This node will duplicate any element that you give it. You can choose to duplicate by vertices, edges, faces, or instances. For this demonstration, we will be duplicating instances.
