Summary
In this chapter, we learned about data quality and its dimensions. We also learned the impact that bad-quality data can have on our hunts and how we can score the data dimensions against our data sources and ATT&CK techniques in order to gain insight into the actual quality of our data. We also reviewed different tools that we can use to help us during this process. In the next chapter, we are going to learn how to refine the output of our hunts when testing our detections in production.
