Summary
In this chapter, we explored different ways to integrate generative AI into copilots (formerly known as Power Virtual Agents). You were able to send requests to ChatGPT to obtain answers for corporate holidays using a specifically crafted prompt, while RAG allowed you to provide answers to questions based on organizational content that you uploaded to Dataverse.
Each of these ideas can be expanded to create even more functional copilots.
In the next chapter, we’ll take this copilot and make it available for people to use!
