Time for action – checking the enrollment status from the course context
In order to verify the account creation and course enrollments, and to visualize how the courses are organized, we will now quickly walk through a quick process of checking to see that the users we just created have been enrolled in courses. Follow these steps to check a few courses and their enrollments:
Navigate to a course using the My Courses navigation tree. We'll check the Advanced Listening 1 course (Short name AdvList1) first, as shown in the following screenshot:
From inside the course, click on the Participants link found in the People block at the top-left of the course page, as shown in the following screenshot:
You will see 27 participants in this course. Why, you ask? Because, we have enrolled 25 students and remember, when we created the courses in Chapter 2, Building the Foundation—Creating Categories and Courses, we demonstrated how multiple teachers can be enrolled in courses by enrolling two teachers...
